Terms & Conditions
These conditions address use of unboundproductions.org, an editorial publication. “We” means its operator. They have effect only to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. Avoid features requiring acceptance if you do not accept their conditions.
Coverage does not confer performance rights
Articles offer general information and may include critical opinion. Describing a work does not authorize staging it, reproducing a script or using a recording. This website does not book performers or operate the productions it discusses. Check consequential details, schedules, prices and availability with the appropriate source; coverage may be inaccurate, incomplete or overtaken by events.
The operator owns content or uses it lawfully. Personal reading and link sharing are allowed. Protected copying, republication and commercial exploitation need permission unless permitted by fair use or another legal exception. Outside names and marks retain their ownership; mention does not imply affiliation.
Messages and appropriate use
Send material only where you have the right to do so, without unnecessary confidential information. Receipt permits us to handle and answer the matter, not to publish private messages without limit. Additional publishing or commissioned-work permissions need separate agreement. Spam, threats, deception and unlawful content are prohibited, as are malware, unauthorized entry, circumventing controls and overwhelming automation. Reasonable access restrictions may address abuse or protect the publication.
Referrals and providers
Optional ads, sponsorship or affiliate links may involve compensation, including commissions for qualifying actions. Material connections will be disclosed where relevant. Placement is no guarantee of suitability, quality or results. Other providers control linked destinations, their availability, security and terms. Tickets, purchases, bookings, accounts and support remain with those providers; a reference does not make us responsible for their service.
Extent of responsibility
Only where legally permitted, service is supplied without continuity, accuracy or particular-fitness warranties, and indirect or consequential loss liability is excluded. Nonwaivable statutory rights, remedies and liabilities remain in place.
Content or features can change or be withdrawn. Terms amendments receive legally required notice or assent and cannot remove accrued rights retrospectively. If a provision fails legally, remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted. Send questions about these conditions to [email protected].
